MANATEE — Authorities cancelled a DUI checkpoint for this weekend and local judges issued an order Tuesday stating a breath test machine used by the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office does not meet state law requirements.

SPOKANE — The Washington State Patrol arrested a man for DUI this morning after crashing his SUV in a rollover wreck. It happened around 8:00 a.m. on Highway 291 just North of Suncrest, Washington. Traffic was blocked as police waited for a tow truck to get the SUV.
