MOBILE, Ala. — A woman was hit by a vehicle and killed as she walked on U.S. 90 Monday night, police said today. Police did not release the identity of the woman this morning, but said the driver they believe hit her — 52-year-old Stephan Davis — was arrested and charged with DUI.
