Hamilton man facing sixth DUI charge (Ravalli Republic)
A 47-year-old Hamilton man is facing his sixth DUI since 1982. Jay H. Noffsinger was arraigned by substitute Ravalli County Justice Court Judge Jennifer Ray Monday on a charge of felony driving under the influence.
